| The Kitchen above was given a much needed face lift. Riley Deveoplment worked closely with the client inorder to bring life to the client's visions for their antiquated kitchen. We installed 5" maple hardwood flooring, and a new tile backsplash. We refaced all the cabinets and added many extras, including a custom pantry,wine rack, etc. All of this work combined with new paint and appliances resulted in a more functional and visualy pleasing work space. |
| | This magestic Montecito house was completely remodeled to take advantage of the ocean and orchard and mountain views. These clients were no strangers to remodeling having done so many times before. They knew what they wanted. Joe Riley enabled their ideas to become reality. The work list: An extensive back porch, new kitchen, new roof, bay window, new doors and windows throught the house, new paint, new siding, driveway and landscaping.
